Tentative Tour Itinerary
Day 1 :
Kolhapur to Pune airport late night by private vehicle.
Day 2 :
Early morning flight towards Delhi: Arrival at Delhi and drive to Nainital. Check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on the beautiful Naini Lake and visit the sacred Naina Devi Temple. Stroll along the lively Mall Road and Thandi Sadak. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day3 :
Nainital Lake & Viewpoints Tour: After breakfast, embark on a “lake tour” to explore the surrounding lakes: Bhimtal, Sattal, and Naukuchiyatal. Visit viewpoints like Snow View Point (accessible by cable car) and Tiffin Top for panoramic views.
Day 4 :
Nainital Sightseeing & Leisure: Explore other local attractions such as the Eco Cave Garden, Lover’s Point, and the High Altitude Zoo. Spend the afternoon at leisure, perhaps shopping for local crafts and famous aromatic candles in Bada Bazaar.
Day 5 :
Nainital to Kausani: After breakfast, check out and drive to the scenic hill station of Kausani, known as the “Switzerland of India” , On arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, visit the Anashakti Ashram (Gandhi Ashram) and enjoy the beautiful sunset views over the Himalayas.
Day 6 :
Kausani to Jim Corbett National Park: Wake up early to witness the sunrise over the Himalayan peaks from the view point. After breakfast, visit the Baijnath Temple complex and a local Kausani Tea Garden.In the afternoon, drive to Jim Corbett National Park (approximately 4-5 hours).Check in to your resort and relax. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7 :
Jim Corbett Safari & Departure: Embark on an early morning jungle safari in the national park to spot wildlife like tigers, leopards, and elephants (safari booking is recommended in advance).Return to the hotel for breakfast. Check out and drive back to Delhi or your onward journey, late night arrival at Pune Airport, by private vehicle towards Kolhapur.
